The film reports a rave demonstration in Shibuya, Tokyo, on Feb 2, 2004 against Deployment of Japanese 「Self-Defense」 Force(Japanese Army) to Iraq. It started from Miyashita Park via Aoyama Street, Omotesando, Fire Street, Utagawa-cho and went back to the park again. Many people joined from the roadside especially around Omotesand and Shibuya metro station with too many riot police haunting. KONISHI Yasuharu from the former member of 「Pizzicato Five」 was featured.
